APPROACH
Lauren applies a blended, practical approach that balances the focus on tangible results with the importance of solid working relationships.
While Lauren accomplishes the specific requirements of the workshop for her clients, she excels in providing a unique experience based on the groups' needs and experience. Each workshop group is different. Lauren reads the project personnel as individuals and as company/agency representatives. She reads the group not only before the start of it, but also during the workshop. This is one of her biggest strengths as a facilitator. Her leadership style is dynamic, practical, and effective with an emphasis on action and results.
Lauren also has top-notch listening, analytical and translation skills. She has a unique ability to "get" what people have to say and translate it into language that everyone in the room can understand.
